It is in Adrian, Texas, near the TX-New Mexico border, but it's name lends itself to the point along Route 66, exactly half way between Chicago and Los Angeles. Shamrock, TX has another Icon: the UDropInn which doubled as a gas Conoco gas station, but now is home for the local Chamber of Commerce!
